BCGames Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use Malaysian Gaming Platform

These BCGames Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. We reserve the right to update, amend, or supplement these terms at any time without prior notice, except for material changes, which will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

These terms should be read together with:

• BCGames Privacy Policy – governing how your personal data is collected and used
• BCGames Responsible Gambling Policy – governing the self-protection tools available to you
• Specific terms applicable to each promotion or bonus you participate in

In the event of any conflict between those documents, these main Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the document in question.

To register and use the BCGames platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BCGames will require age verification via a valid government-issued ID (MyKad or passport) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Location: You must play from a location where online gaming is legal or not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Individuals who are undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or are under guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Non-staff: Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of BCGames staff are not eligible to register as playing members.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) BCGames account only. This means one account per Malaysian phone number, per email address, per device, and per IP address. Multiple account registrations by the same individual – regardless of the method used – are strictly prohibited.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information in all registration fields
• Updating your information should any changes occur
• Keeping your username and password confidential
• Responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• Notify BCGames immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

BCGames will not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

BCGames accepts the following payment methods for deposits into your account:

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. BCGames does not accept third-party deposits. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.

BCGames reserves the right to decline deposits from suspicious or unverifiable sources, and to request supporting documentation for deposits exceeding RM5,000 within a single calendar day.

BCGames members may request a withdrawal from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawal methods: Must match your original deposit method or a verified method on your account
• Recipient: Withdrawals are only processed to an account held in the registered member's name – withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• KYC Verification: Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Below RM10,000 – 1 to 3 working hours
• RM10,000 to RM50,000 – 24 working hours
• Above RM50,000 – 48 to 72 working hours, subject to additional review

BCGames offers a range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and a VIP Rewards programme. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of each promotion.

General terms applicable to all BCGames bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated
• BCGames reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded if abuse or misuse of the bonus is suspected
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the stated validity period has passed.
• Winnings derived from games played using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.

The BCGames platform offers a wide range of game categories, including online slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, blackjack), Texas Hold'em poker, Sports Betting (EPL, Malaysia Super League, badminton), online lottery, and e-sports. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's interface.

General rules applicable to all BCGames games:

• All games use a random number generator (RNG) independently certified by eCOGRA — the outcome of every spin, hand, or draw is entirely random.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the game has begun, it cannot be cancelled
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, BCGames will resolve the matter based on server log data recorded at the time.
• BCGames reserves the right to void or reverse any game transaction resulting from a technical error or incorrect odds/payout display
• In the event of a dispute over game results, BCGames' server records shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BCGames platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Use of automated software (bots): The use of any software, scripts, or automated methods to play BCGames games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using other means to claim more bonuses than permitted constitutes serious fraud.
• VPN usage: Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geo-restrictions or conceal your actual location is strictly prohibited
• Money laundering: The BCGames platform must not be used for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities
• Account sharing: Allowing others to access and play on your account is strictly prohibited

BCGames takes member privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is managed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the BCGames Privacy Policy.

In summary, BCGames:

• Collecting personal data solely for stated purposes – identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement
• All data protected with 256-bit SSL encryption
• Not selling or sharing members' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without consent
• Retaining data for the period required under Malaysian law

BCGames is committed to responsible gambling. The following tools are available within every member's account:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a defined period
• Playing time limit: Set session time limits and automatic reminders
• Cooling-off period: Block access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Close your account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, BCGames shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the BCGames platform
• Service disruptions or platform unavailability caused by factors beyond BCGames' reasonable control, including network outages, natural disasters, or third-party issues.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure
• Any claims arising from your failure to comply with these terms and conditions

BCGames' maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination by member: You may close your BCGames account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC review.

Termination by BCGames: BCGames reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or strong suspicion of fraud, game manipulation, or illegal activity
• Member fails to comply with any term in this document
• There is evidence of money laundering or financing of unlawful activities
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading
• Member registered under the permitted age

BCGames reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the BCGames platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These BCGames Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if unresolved, through the jurisdiction of a competent Malaysian court.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
