BCGames' Six Core Privacy Principles

This is the foundation of how BCGames manages your personal data — straightforward, transparent, and without pretence.

Purpose-Driven Collection
BCGames only collects data that is strictly necessary for defined purposes — identity verification, payment processing via Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, and service improvement. We do not collect excessive data that is irrelevant to platform operations.
Enterprise-Grade Security
All personal data of BCGames members is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. BCGames servers undergo regular security audits by independent third parties to ensure there are no exploitable vulnerabilities.
No Sale of Data to Third Parties
BCGames has never and will never sell, lease, or disclose members' personal data to any third party for marketing purposes without your written consent. Your data belongs to you — it is not a BCGames business asset to be commercialised.
Access & Rectification Rights
Every BCGames member has the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for corrections if any details are inaccurate, and in certain circumstances request that the data be deleted. These requests can be submitted at any time through our support channels.
Full PDPA 2010 Compliance
BCGames fully complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) across all aspects of data management. This means obtaining consent before collecting data, providing notice of purpose, and maintaining adequate data protection — all of which are non-negotiable requirements of our operations.
Your Marketing Preferences, Your Choice
You have full control over marketing communications from BCGames. Choose your preferred channels and frequency, or unsubscribe entirely at any time through your account settings. We will never contact you in ways you have not consented to.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how BCGames ("we", "our platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our website and services at bcgames-jit.net. Important Note: BCGames is fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). If you have any questions about how we handle your data, please reach out to us at support@bcgames-jit.net at any time.

Personal data collected by BCGames is used solely for the following purposes. We will not use your data for any other purpose without first notifying you and obtaining your consent:

  • Account management: Creating and managing your BCGames account, verifying your identity at login, and maintaining the security of your account.

4

Legal Basis for Data Processing

BCGames processes your personal data on valid legal grounds under Malaysia's PDPA 2010. Depending on the purpose of processing, different legal bases may apply:

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to fulfil the agreement between you and BCGames — including managing your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing access to games.
  • Consent: Processing for direct marketing and promotional communications that requires your explicit consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

5

Data Sharing with Third Parties

BCGames does not sell, lease, or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. However, in the course of operating the BCGames platform, we may share your data with the following categories of third parties for limited and specific purposes:

  • Payment processors: eWallet providers such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and Malaysian banks supporting FPX receive the transaction information necessary to process payments. These providers are governed by their own privacy and security policies, which they are required to uphold.
  • Game providers: Companies such as PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Spadegaming may receive the minimum technical data required to deliver their respective games to you through the BCGames platform.
  • Identity verification services: Third parties that assist BCGames with KYC verification and fraud prevention. Data shared is limited to the minimum necessary for verification purposes only.
  • Regulatory authorities: BCGames will disclose personal data to Malaysian authorities when required to do so by law, court order, or a legitimate official investigation.

BCGames Guarantee: All third parties that receive data from BCGames are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements. They are permitted to use the relevant data only for the specific purposes defined in those agreements, and may not use it for any other purpose without BCGames' consent.

6

Data Security & Technical Protection

BCGames invests seriously in data security infrastructure to protect your personal information. The technical and organisational measures we implement include:

  • 256-bit SSL Encryption: All communications between your browser and BCGames servers are encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit key length – the same standard used by Malaysia's major banks.
  • Data encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored in BCGames databases is encrypted using AES-256, ensuring it remains unreadable even to unauthorised BCGames staff.
  • Tiered access controls: Only BCGames staff who require access to specific data to perform their duties are granted that access — strictly in line with the need-to-know principle.
  • 24/7 monitoring: BCGames' security systems are continuously monitored to detect and respond to any unauthorised access attempts or suspicious activity.
  • Periodic penetration testing: BCGames conducts regular security audits by independent third parties to identify and patch system vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Data backups: Member data is securely backed up across multiple locations to ensure service continuity and data recovery in the event of disruption.
In the Event of a Data Breach

Should BCGames identify a data breach that affects the rights and freedoms of individuals, we will comply with the notification requirements under Malaysia's PDPA 2010 and inform affected members within a reasonable timeframe with relevant details about the incident and the steps being taken.

7

Children & Minors Privacy

Why Data Privacy Matters for BCGames Malaysia Players

When playing on an online platform, most people never stop to think about what happens to their personal information. Phone numbers, email addresses, bank account details — all of this is shared with the platform at registration. The real question is: how does the platform handle it?

At BCGames, we believe you deserve to know exactly what happens to your data. That's why our Privacy Policy is written in plain, straightforward language — not dense legal text that's difficult to parse. We want you to genuinely understand it, not just click "Agree" without reading a word.

Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) grants you specific rights over your personal data. BCGames not only complies with this Act — we go beyond its minimum requirements. For instance, the 256-bit SSL encryption we use meets the same standard as major Malaysian banks such as Maybank and CIMB. Your data is protected to the same level as your financial information at the bank.

Payment privacy is something we take extremely seriously. When you make a deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX, your payment details are never stored by BCGames in their original form. We only retain the transaction records necessary for account management and legal compliance — not your full card or account details.

One question Malaysian players often ask is: "Does BCGames share my data with other companies for advertising?" The answer is no. BCGames does not sell or share your data with any party for their marketing purposes. If you receive promotions from BCGames, it is because you opted in to receive such communications during registration or subsequently through your account settings. And you can opt out at any time.

On the subject of game data — your slots, live casino, poker, or Sports Betting history — BCGames retains these records for two primary reasons: first, to resolve any disputes regarding game outcomes or transactions; second, to support our responsible gaming programme, which uses playing patterns to identify players who may need assistance. This is a use of data we believe is genuinely in our players' best interests, and we are transparent about it.

BCGames also understands that player trust is not something that can be bought — it must be earned through consistent action over time. Every data-related decision we make is guided by a single question: would our players be comfortable if they knew about this? If the answer is no, we don't do it. It's that simple.
